Virtual Theatre contest

Many writers are, understandably, somewhat dubious about writing competitions, on the grounds that they are devices for parting the gullible from their money. On the other hand, there are some contests which are reasonably well run, by (so far as one can tell) responsible people, and to enter one such may not necessarily be a foolish decision.

All of that being said, you might, if you are interested in writing for the theatre, care to take a look at the new play competition being run by the Virtual Theatre Project. And make your own mind up.
